   I recently purchased the NEEWER NP-F550 Battery Charger Set along with the NEEWER Led Light/Monitor/Camera Slider (2 Pack, Black), and I must say I am thoroughly impressed with the quality and performance of both products.Firstly, the NP-F550 Battery Charger Set is a fantastic accessory for those using Sony NP-F series batteries. The charger set is compatible with a wide range of Sony camera models, which makes it versatile and convenient for users with multiple devices. The build quality of the charger is excellent, feeling sturdy and durable. The charging process is efficient and quick, ensuring that my batteries are ready to go when I need them. The inclusion of LED indicators that show the charging status is a nice touch and adds to the overall user experience.Moving on to the NEEWER Led Light/Monitor/Camera Slider, I found this product to be a game-changer for my videography and photography projects. The sliders are well-built and smooth, providing excellent stability and control for capturing smooth sliding shots.    I have a camera-top video light from Genaray that I got perhaps six years ago. I use the light regularly, and took it on a video shoot a couple weeks ago — only to find that the battery would work for a few minutes, then not hold a charge. The battery was a Sony NP-F550 knock-off, in this case it was a cheap battery with a Genaray label on it. Since the light came with only this one battery, I looked for another battery and spotted this Neewer kit at what I still think is an insanely low price. The kit included two batteries, a charger and a USB cable that plugs the charger into any USB power supply.Both batteries that came with this Neewer kit work perfectly in my Genaray light, and they run for a l-o-n-g time — just what I was looking for. Both Neewer batteries are rated at 2600 mAh, which is considerably better than the 2200 mAh that the original Genaray (and original Sony NP-F550) batteries are rated. That should mean that I will get an extra 15-20 minutes of run time for my on-camera light. That’s a good thing. (See my photo for all the battery information.)The Neewer charger accepts two batteries, and it will charge both together or one at a time. Either way, it gets its power in a mini-USB port on the side of the charger. This is exactly the same connector that most cell phones use, so if you are like me, you have at least a half-dozen of these cellphone chargers laying around. In my case, I also have a small counter in my house that has become the “charging counter.” I installed an electrical outlet that has two USB ports, so I usually plug the Neewer charger into one of those USB ports. That works perfectly. But I love that the same charger and cable that I use for my cell phone and tablet is also the charger/cable I need to re-charge the Neewer batteries. That is just a smart design. Keep in mind that this Neewer kit does *not* come with a USB charger — it comes with only a cable that you plug into a USB charger that you supply. I’m okay with that, as I have a LOT of USB chargers.I’ve had these Neewer batteries and charger for only a couple of weeks, but they have restored the operation of my camera-top light, given me the versatility of having two batteries (instead of only the one original battery) and it has such a convenient charger system. I recommend this Neewer dual-battery and charger kit… it is a terrific value.

   These charge the Sony NP-F series batteries well enough, but it would be much better if this unit had a USB-C power inlet instead of micro USB.
