I have a olympus stylus tg tracker TOUGH camera (a little like a GO camera) that I bought years ago and it’s been sitting in the drawer. Now I have a use for it again and I wanted to be able to have multiple batteries ready for use. Even though the instructions & description doesn’t mention it, this charger has both a usb C port and a micro usb port. When I plugged in the micro usb with the included cable I got no lights, but plugging in the C port with my own cable the charger roared to life and is currently charging my three spare batteries that I have for my camera. I’ve bought a number of Kastar products for my other toys and never had issues with their chargers or their batteries so I don’t foresee any problems with this unit either. The charger has a charge meter for each slot (3) so you can tell what state of charge the installed battery is in. There are no switches just install the batteries first and connect a cable to the charger and plug it into your ac adapter that is designed to charge usb devices (5v 500mA + any cell phone charging device should do well).
