   My new camera eats batteries. After a week it was at 25%. I can’t keep driving 2 hours to replace batteries in my game camera. Plus batteries are not cheap. I thought I’d try this battery pack and in somewhat surprised and how well it has done so far. After a week my battery is still showing 100%. The metal cable is icing on the cake. With the ability to recharge it I’m going to be saving tons of money on replacing batteries. So far it’s been a great investment. The quality seems to be very good and well thought out. For my Spypoint camera I had to take off the large adapter on the end to get the connector to fit. I would recommend this battery for your game camera.

   For all intents and purposes, the battery is as advertised, it works fine.They even improved the cable with a metal braid, however, shiny, so you’ll have to paint it so as not to be spotted.What I’d like to see is the ability to replace/upgrade the internal wires, also an option for a solar controller tie in, an additional port for options like USB, charging/discharging, and the main improvement, a lithium option for longer life between charges.Much of my property in the Sierra is super rugged, with amazing views, but not the kind of place one wants to hike more than once a year since it takes an entire day round trip.Anyway, I’d give it a 5 star, but as long as it’s been on the Mkt, it’s time to upgrade.If I was younger, I’d compete and sell my own battery backup system, but that’s a young mans place.Believe me, there’s a Mkt. for a better device, but this one is adequate.
