   I bought these batteries and charger for my Nikon P950. I have used Wasabi products in my Nikon D60, and Sony HDR-AZ1. I did have an issue with the battery fit for my D60, and Wasabi quickly replaced the batteries. I was very pleased with their customer service. This charger requires an external power supply, which is not provided. It is important to note that the max output of this external power supply should not exceed 5V / 2A. I use an iPhone 5V / 1A power supply, which works well. Nikon’s OEM battery when charged in the camera or Wasabi’s charger is at 8.4V. Wasabi’s batteries are also at 8.4V when charged in their external charger. I much prefer to charge camera batteries (even OEM) in an external charger, and not in the camera to avoid any potential damage to the camera from battery swelling or leakage. Nikon provided external chargers with other cameras that I purchased in the past, but not with this one.

   I needed some extra batteries for my Nikon Coolpix P950 and an external charger without spending the $50 per battery that Nikon wants. These work great and hold a charge just as long as the Nikon battery that came with my camera. The charger works great too, and I like that I can charge two batteries at once. Really great option for a low price, and would definitely purchase again.
